Do my choices around who I follow, who I mute, and which servers I defederate, create an "echo chamber" or "filter bubble" around me?

I should darn well hope so.

It is me setting my own boundaries, which is self-care.

I get exposed to enough stuff that I don't really want to see elsewhere. I certainly don't need it in my Home feed.

If someone thinks people shouldn't be able to set boundaries, then there's an immediate red flag.
