You know one of the reasons there is police brutality? Because a cop will arrest a criminal and the judge will let him right back on the streets with no charge or punishment. Zero justice. The officer knowing this won't treat that criminal so nicely next time he arrests him. This has happened for years. We need better judges and laws. It doesn't have to be this way.
