I had a vacuum sealed ribeye from the fridge I wanted to warm up before cooking and just put it in my pocket trusting the seal. Eventually forgot about it and half an hour later took it out.

Seal was fine, but as I removed a steak from my pocket I thought "Lol should video this and send to Ben The Wine Man".

But then realized that would be silly, so I just went to the kitchen to cook that piece of Uruguai. It was good. Pocket warming works well for steak too. 👌

TL;DR: Edgar Allen Pocket has my vote.
