So, this is a Lawak, a cat-like creature, native to Indonesa.

What they do is, they eat only the finest ripest coffee beans, that are grown locally. The beans 🫘 are then ferment, and are pooped out, pictured here!

Here are the beans when they have been washed and dried. The nuts are then hand peeled to reveal the beans.

The beans are then roasted, in this instance, by the old lady you see here.

You are then presented with this, which is a cup of the famed, Lawak coffee (Though I'd never actually heard of it before I got here!).
