This is a reminder to academic library employers that not posting a salary range means that *very* qualified candidates aren't even considering the role you posted. And the new trend of "let's post the absolute minimum we might hire any role at" isn't helping.
It's 2024, your HR needs to get over themselves and post the realistic range.
