Anyone self-hosting (for self or company) gitlab on kubernetes?

My company is heavily invested in getting off Microsoft products (and code commit since AWS is getting rid of it) and I'm curious if anyone has any +/- on the community edition.

Additional context, we JUST need a self hosted repo. Pipelines and such will be elsewhere.
