Finished making that marking knife from a piece of scrap steel. Made a handle for it which seems to work well enough for now even though it only has the one dowel and some glue. Painted on some rust converter and some regretfully cheap and crappy yellow paint that immediately collected dirt, but hey, it works anyways.
