Is there a “need” for paid relays? I’m not sure I see one currently. I imagine people will stick with the free relays until a _need_ arises, or something specifically cool is done with them. Right now, at best, you get less spam, which is really only good for the global feed (?), and reduced visibility, which has tradeoffs. Nevertheless, we tinker.
