As we can't travel at the moment, and haven't been to a restaurant since March 2020, I decided to look at restaurant menus for places we'd like to go, and then learn to make it here.
We've found it's often cheaper to order food that we actually want direct from suppliers rather than rely on our local supermarket, which often struggles even to stock basic items.
We've been making a lot of Indian and Italian dishes, but it's time to learn something new.
