Getting a Linux server with aws is so easy. All you need is a debit or credit card. It is expensive for side projects.
So, I ordered a tiny server from OVH. Got email confirmation. The next day, they asked for a government-issued ID to complete KYC. 🙃 It seems this is a standard procedure. Then, I was told the server would come online. That was two or three weeks ago. 😂 finally got the server. But at least I am out of AWS 😅 I wasn’t even using TOR or VPN when I ordered.
