Is the "lesser" evil actually lesser evil?

Its one thing to say:
Dont vote for bargain store Hitler.
Its an entirely different thing to say:
Vote for Genocidal thug like
-mala.
Saying later thing is open admission that one has not thought thru one's position (or) one is indifferent to genocide & sees one's life is many orders more valuable than all other lives being exterminated all around the world.
Its possible but its not guaranteed that a naked fascist can get away with more crimes than a closeted fascist. Point being: Its possible, may be likely, but its not set in stone.
During the tenure of closeted fascists, they have committed more crimes open fascist promised they would do but couldnt due to street pressure, but closeted fascists did many of these with little street opposition. People did not burn police stations under a closeted fascist regime, but did so under a naked fascist regime.

Its no lesser evil to commit genocides. Not only is "lesser" evil a pre-requisite for the perpetual existence of naked evil, so called "lesser" evil can get away with far more crimes than the supposed "greater" evil, as greater evil triggers visceral negative reaction amongst everyone, whereas "lesser" evil make everyone docile & force the apologists for "lesser" evil carry water for its crimes by threatening everyone with "greater" evil. So a valid question to ask is: Is the "lesser" evil actually lesser evil?
There is a simple rule few who learnt life lessons already know:
If all you have to say is one that embarrasses you, better to not say anything.
