Trying to get myself to eat more lacto-fermented food, because it's SO EASY and every time I eat it it's delicious. and I want more. The barrier: I absolutely never say to myself "boy, I'd sure like some fermented X in a week."
My first experiment beyond sauerkraut/kimchi: lacto-fermented spaghetti squash and garlic. Ate it on a burrito today. Delicious!
Anyone regularly make lacto-ferments? What do you make? What do you eat it on?
