"content": "I’ve been looking at a heat pump too. The loading and dumping is emergent behaviour from my scheduler, which forecasts usage based on actual previous consumption stats. It’s learned that there is a big load spike at 6am and charges just enough to ride through it until the sun comes out (or doesn’t, because it forecasts that too).",
