Have been experimenting with carnivore (I would say on it 60-80% of the time, rest is relapsing to crap normal snacks).

Works really well for weight loss.

However am mega low on energy very, very often. So it's not a cure all.

(I also sit on my butt a lot so I kinda know the answer)
