this is partly why i refuse to use these things, and also, other things can temporarily reduce neuroplasticity - it was one of the hardest things this last year reversing the type 2 diabetes i was suffering at the same time as trying to work as a programmer... t2 literally seems to gum up your brain as well, and also i had allergies going on that were gumming up my brain too
and yeah, IMO the efficiency gains from AI for programmers are still minor compared to actual practice, learning and developing discipline
