And frankly I think it would have been fine for her to get an abortion. Sometimes I think (for her sake) that she did. My father was just that awful, and even though my mum loved me, that was just another thing he could use against her.
That she felt she had to hide how she wrestled with the issue for so long is a massive condemnation of society IMO.
It was her choice, there was no wrong choice. I love my mum, she’s awesome, she deserved to have that choice.
