I know it's brutal being a vendor on #Amazon's platform, but it is nice when a package gets lots (carrier's fault not vendor) and they issue a full refund and then it turns up weeks later all intact and you get to keep it as a gift.

I hope they claimed their loss back from the carrier. It must be a pain being a small fish surrounded by big bullies like Amazon and the multinational shipping and postal giants...
