Jan 10, 2025 @ 21:35 Good evening family & friends, not quite up to par tonight so going to bed early, didn't do much once I woke up other than make some cool suppers for Pete & I, I made 4 quarter-pound burger patties for Pete, set them on a parchment-lined baking pan and pressed some mushrooms, peppers, onions, and garlic (minced in my Blendtec) into the top; covered them with shredded parmesan and put them in the air fryer, served to him with mushroom & pepper spaghetti sauce over them and he LOVED it! I'm kinda crashin' fast tonight so Pete said he will take care of the PoiBoiz so I can go to bed...see you in the morning, good night❣️🙏🥱🌛💤
