Following complaints about the second-hand online marketplace Vinted, we acted with national consumer authorities to address them.
In response, Vinted has updated its platform aligning it with EU consumer law:
✅ Informing users upfront about the total price of goods
✅ Removing misleading ads
✅ Providing clearer information on the review process for counterfeit products, ID verification, and review policy
