Typically too hard for me to give attention to Squinty the claims about a cyber-attack by State actors is a thing the uber techies know how to measure & lots of real time mapping sources exist.. my old twitter followed a nice attack monitor Erin Gallagher @ some 1337speak spelling like 3r1n or close.. but cyber Ohmies probably know how to check..
