I am interested in knowing your thoughts on the impact of China's population decline (and the aging of the population) with respect to China's future. Peter Zeihan seems quite sure that not only will the China real estate industry continue to suffer but the Chinese economy in general has no feasible way to avoid a significant decline within the next 20 - 30 years.
