Think I'm gonna just make a small hdpe grow tent large enough to hold 40 10 lb fruiting mushroom blocks. That should hopefully get me 100+ lbs of mushrooms a week. If can sell most for $20 a lb it should be what I need to get me past the break even mark. Need to make at least like $500 per farmers market to make jeeb payments and insurance and foods and rent. Just veggies and a bit of honey just won't work I don't think. I bet I'd only make $300 on a good day since in the middle of shithole area. Was making like $70 per market when I was testing selling mainly cabbages, cucs and cantaloupe. Didn't have tomatoes that year. Tomatoes are the real money maker. Hoping with better selection and being at the markets regularly I can hit $300 in veggies, $100 in honey and $200 in mushrooms. Anything above that I can use to fund building greenhouse/shop/house. Hoping can make $1500 a week doing 4 markets. That would put me at 40k a year doing summer farmers markets and hopefully make my average 15k in circuit board profit still on top of that. There is a pretty good chance I could double those numbers but just thinking realistic case.
