I’m also going to walk for a minute every mile loop, likely as I leave the aid station/crew area. In training this has been fantastic as a mental built in break. They will have different hot foods to order as you loop around so you can place an order then grab it for your next loop. My longest stop will be right before nighttime to grab my headlamp, and likely do a full costume change. Yeah, I wouldn’t turn my nose up at 123 😄, that is solid!
