Let's pretend billionaires are magically unsquishable. First, where exactly are they going to swim towards? Up? Way too vague, the Atlantic ocean is hella BIG. It'd take hours for a trained diver to make a bend free ascent, so you'd need several unsquishable scuba tanks per tourist. Wouldn't matter, hypothermia sets in before the first one is exhausted.
