does anyone have recommendations for services where i [1] can pay a small amount of money [2] to have them try to connect to arbitrary HTTP(S) and TCP services, and maybe ping hosts, and email me [3] if those things don't work
1: not my team or my company, stuff made for or at least usable by self-hosters
2: not like, dozens of dollars a month
3: push notifs are good too
