People here are all bemoaning what #Mastodon is doing wrong to not be gaining all these millions of new users. We're not doing anything wrong. We're being Mastodon. We aren't Walmart, we're those little shops in the sidestreets owned by all kinds of people doing interesting, wonderful stuff. We're doing exactly the right thing by just carrying on being ourselves.
#Bluesky are like Walmart. Maybe some people think it's Waitrose, but let's settle on Tesco.
