You'd be hard pressed to name a society with women's sexual and political liberation, because in the rare case that actually come to pass, women instantly drive their society off a cliff and wipe it out of existence.
There is no faster way to destroy a society, other than perhaps giving jews power (these things are related) than to give women sexual and political freedom.
