that sounds good. It's really only for expedience; I don't think I've identified a a Democrat for a while. Bernie has the right idea: identify with them for some issues, maybe run under their name when doing local politics, but there's really little point to the label
The DSA has endorsed a few candidates before (most famously AOC), and they've all run as Democrats too.
