I quite Facebook almost a year ago (no regrets) and I'm being reminded of how I was only using it for Groups because people refused to use anything else. That said, I do find Insta less problematic than FB for me personally in terms of addiction and being overwhelming. But I'll never trust Meta services so I've always got one foot out the door
