History was always my favorite subject in school growing up. In middle school I was obsessed with WWII, how big and bombastic it felt.
In high school, I was obsessed with the 1960s in America and couldn’t not believe the amount of culture, history, music, politics, and world events that took place and changed our world forever. I still don’t think there’s any time that was as busy or as consequential as then to our world today.
Anyway, here’s to the revolutionaries, visionaries, and American freedom fighters from ages of old. May we always keep their spirit, and the movement, alive, and never grow complacent or compliant.
