I wrote the first four chapters of that book to be completed and the rest of the book was modeled on what I wrote. That led to a co-authorship with one of Dvorak's named co-authors and that led to the first of many (80+) solo books with my name on the cover. I think it's a great way to start a writing career, provided you can deliver what the "author" and editor want.
