The Slew was a short lived 'super group' consisting of two DJ/producers Kid Koala and Dynomite D, and Chris Ross and Myles Heskett from Wolfmother.
They put out one album '100%' in 2009 on the Ninja Tunes imprint Puget Records. It's a mix of obscure record samples and rock heavy posturing. It has Kid Koala's cut-up/scratch finger prints all over it, but will likely appeal to classic/blues rocks and lo-fi hiphop fans as well.
My stand out track is 'You Turn Me Cold'
