You get the feeling that Biden’s plan is to try and ride it out, like he’s done so many times before. (Remember the 2016 primary when he was dead in the water?)

Eventually, everyone will forget all this nonsense, and he can just keep struggling until it’s too late. If he loses, he goes back to live at the beach in Delaware. No worries.
