lait accompli (nprofile…zqaw) you cant* taste the corn syrup, in it of its self it just tastes like any other invert sugar, maybe slightly caramalized, but the cheapness of its manufacturing can result in higher amounts of of chemicals used in the manufacturing ending up in the final product, in 2009 they were cuttihg some corners and ended up with lead mercury and arsenic in alot of final consumer products
also the general cheapness of choosing to use corn syrup may reflect similar contaminants from other ingredients
