Meanwhile in New Orleans: WRBH-FM, which provides programming for blind listeners, was knocked off the air because their transmission tower was hit by a bullet!

WRBH is staffed by volunteers who read newspapers, magazine articles, books, events calendars, and other programming of interest to blind and disabled listeners. It has been a great service for decades, and this will be a huge financial burden for the station.
