There is no real fight obviously, it was just an expression.
The publication was interesting technically but didn't do much for me. I read the discussion and method parts and it's surely much more serious than that joke of a study you linked before. It's conclusions are more or less in line with what I said about "sexual identity perception being in the mind" and it's actually hampered by the terminology about "gender identity". You can tell the authors are serious and are trying to force this into their language when they know it's a mess. Their "discussion" opened so many holes that we can only conclude this is ongoing research and they don't even know anything for sure yet. As I told you, lets let this discussion on transgenderism end here.
If your parents/family are against what you're doing, they're on your side and willing to take the hit for it. If your grandmother is more accepting it's excellent because you have two different kinds of support network for when you need it.
Also, because I know we probably won't talk again, make sure you are seeing someone or you have a good support network. You're vulnerable in many ways and it shows.
I know your dragon thing is probably forcing you off the beaten path on fedi and you're trapped in no man's land between the normies and the darkfedi crowd. It's a predicament so maybe it's not worth it just to shout at the void about socialism, dragons, transgenderism and such. I fear there is no validation on this side of fedi for you. If you're on a crusade to validate your choices, that won't happen either because even if people on here do agree with you and pat you on the back, you know it's just meaningless BS on the internet. If you enjoy the attention, even if it's adversarial, there's also something wrong there, you're wasting time you could be using elsewhere. Take care of yourself.
