RSD (rejection-sensitive disphoria) means I can have a dream about people being mad at me, and after waking up I still feel sensations of anxiety in my body, despite my mind knowing better. It takes a bunch of techniques to go back to baseline. Thankfully it's not every day, but RSD is overall one of the biggest energy drains in my life. I will also tend to spend 10 years building up a following, and delete it overnight because of one mean comment. Such a fucking waste.
