Netherland closer to 30 years. Both are btw. a very bad deal for the electricity consumer, since they are forded to buy it, even if it isn't needed/used. Germany had many cases over the last years, where we had to pay thousands of € per MW for Poland or other neighbors to take this overproduced electricity from us. That is on top of paying the producer.
