My condo is part of an HOA. I somehow became president of three board because nobody else was willing to. Particularly because one abrasive member who was briefly on the board berates and abuses anyone with a title.
He wants to call a special meeting to remove all board members because he disagrees with some of the decisions made. Even though he didn’t bother showing up to the annual budget meeting three weeks ago.
