Are... ice baths tough guy stuff? I used to take those after my long runs on Sundays. I'd read the funny papers and it was great because it kept my poor little legs from hurting.

I always felt like it was sad that I needed them? But now I keep seeing people acting like it's really tough to sit in an ice bath so your muscles don't hurt?

Ice baths are for teachers who cry when ants get stepped on. Not tough at all. It's pain prevention because I hate pain so much and will cry.
