I was irritated when Acrobat Reader added an AI assistant, and they pushed it too far with the pop-up messages inviting me to try it out. So adios Adobe. Now I'm using Okular, and I wish I had made the switch sooner. Files open at the correct size, without useless floating menus. I just opened a file in Acrobat Reader to compare the interfaces, and it immediately begged me to switch back to using it as the default program for PDFs. Nope.
