I'm playing ignorance for this one as it's Steve's show. I want to learn how he does and wants things. And as I said, I'm out of practice even if I've ran many bars before. No-one wants a know it all coming in and being a twat. Hopefully I'll be more useful in 2026 when I know more about the setup there.
Fucking full cold chain though, can't knock it at all. He gave me a tour in '22 and I was very impressed.
