No, I very much agree that targeted countries should not let their guard down. Trump tried (clumsily) for régime change in Venezuela last time and will probably try there again this time. Cuba will probably also be targeted with Rubio as Sec of State. But both of those countries reflect Trump's greater focus on the USA's 'sphere of influence' and not a desire to interfere anywhere on the globe, as the global hegemonists demanded the ability to do. I can't see Trump being very interested in régime change in Georgia for example, as Biden's admin obviously was.
