Not as popular. That's the reason I have mostly stick to Qt tools and I've fell short in good diff tool (apart from ediff in Emacs which is brilliant, but not as visually appealing as Meld).

To avoid GTK (for ethical and moral reasons), I am using Qt tools or TUI/CLI tools or Emacs. And honestly, there is nothing functional that I can't do without GTK.
