My understanding is the Republicans might not get a House majority, but it's likely they'll control the Senate and perhaps the Presidency.
The thing to watch, when it comes to abortion, is ballot measures. Almost every ballot measure on abortion since Dobbs has made it more accessible. Restrictions have come primarily through state legislatures.
