Excellent essay re: the media's role in hurling us towards fascism: "Harris rarely says inflammatory things, & so the mainstream media constantly tries to get her to say inflammatory things. When she won’t, they make up scandals — in this case, that she refuses to sit down w/mainstream media & say scandalous things. Trump is rewarded for constantly saying irresponsible lies & spreading hate. Harris is punished for not lying enough & not spreading enough hate.
