Well..it was a good day today with the reaction to the flu shot waning and no pain left in my hips and knees..and I have energy I didn't have yesterday...I wonder if only doing two rides helped that? The beach was nice and empty today and the water was perfect so I was in swimming for quite a while..I do have to repair my beach chair sine it is falling apart as jelly chairs do after 20 years..but I'm having trouble finding webbing to replace it with.."the Old Man" is back...good evening!
