Ever since cutting out alot of processed foods, switching #toothpaste brands to Vanman's tooth powder, and cutting out fluoride/achohol mouthwash, my mouth #health seems so much better. went to the dentist today and eveytime I go they barely have to clean and say my teeth look great. highly recommend to everyone!
