I do believe that there is a historic opportunity for eugenics with the rise of cheap birth control. It was always difficult to improve the genetics of the general populace because of the high birth rate of niggers (as well as younger mothers). This is a thing of the past. No group has a scary birth rate anymore and this is much to our advantage.
