our neighbours have just returned from a few days away (including a funeral) and have been wearing masks, apparently. this is a new development.
however, the reason: "there's a lot of virus around, and she* doesn't have healthcare, so we have to be careful."
but if/when they do have healthcare, no masks. catch and spread and it's cool! he has been unmasked and travelling and socialising (and getting covid) for years. she visited here last year when she still had healthcare at home: no masks. i mean, it's good that they're temporarily wearing them now, but
